摘要：目的观察“三风穴”（风门、风市、风市前）为主埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹的安全性及疗效。方法60例符合标准的慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组采用“三风穴”为主埋线治疗，对照组采用口服氯雷他定治疗，治疗一个疗程后比较两组症状积分及疗效，同时评价其安全性。结果治疗前，两组症状积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，两组症状积分明显降低，治疗组症状积分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组总有效率86.67%，对照组总有效率73.33%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论“三风穴”为主埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效，副作用低，依从性较好，值得临床推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveToobservethesafetyandclinicaleffectofcatgutembeddingtherapyon"SanFengpiont"(Fengmen(BL12),Fengshi(GB31),Fengshiqian)inthetreatmentofchronicurticaria.Methods60casesofchronicurticariapatientswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,andtherewere30casesineachgroup.Thetreatmentgroupadoptedcatgutembeddingtherapyfor"SanFengpiont".Thecontrolgroupadoptedloratadine.Afteraperiodoftreatment,Thesymptomsscoreandeffectbetweenthetwogroupswereobserved.Resultsbforetreatment,thedifferenceonsymptomscoresbetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Thesymptomsscoresofthetwogroupsdecreasedsignificantlyaftertreatment,symptomscoreofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas86.67%,totaleffectiverateofthecontrolgroupwas73.33%,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).ConclusionThecatgutembeddingtherapyon"SanFengpiont"inthetreatmentofchronicurticariaissafeandeffective,haslowsideeffectandgood
