甘油增敏较为罕见，较稳定，无毒，常见于化妆品、药品和食物中。本文所述患者因使用甘油灌肠剂而罹患接触性荨麻疹综合征，导致全身突发荨麻疹。本例旨在说明，甘油可能是接触性荨麻疹综合征，甚至过敏反应的一种病因（虽然甘又过敏颇为罕见）。

Casereport

An81-year-oldwoman,whowasadmittedtothedepartmentofinternalmedicineforarterioscleroticParkinsonism,wasreferredtothedepartmentofdermatologyforexanthemas.Hernurserecognizedthathersymptomsstartedabout2weeksbefore.Thegeneralizedexanthemasappearedonlyinthemorning,butnoteveryday,anddisappearedwithinafewhourswithoutpigmentation.Theeruptionsalwaysoccurredonthesamedaythataglycerinenemawasadministered.Nursesroutinelygiveenemastotheirpatientswhoneedthemafterbreakfast.Itwaseventuallydeterminedthatthegeneralizedurticarialeruptionsappeared30minutesaftertheenema(Fig1)anddisappearedwithinanhour.Theeruptionswereac
